How do I track my order?
When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time).

What can Ido if haven’t received the delivered package as expected?

What is the return policy for BILLY BLUSH ?
BILLY BLUSH will accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date. There is no service charge. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems. The product must be brand-new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging.
